We can manage estate, rural and farm property and businesses on your behalf. There may be occasions where you would like to seperate out the management of a particular element of your business for family reasons, or to release some time. We are extremely flexible and will try and accommodate whatever your individual needs are.

Letting rural property

Although we don't have a specialised agency department yet, we do offer this as a service to our clients in the Worcestershire area. We can help let your farm cottage, additional properties you may have or other rural properties. We will handle the tenant checks and draft all relevant tenancy agreements.

We also offer a full letting management service, please ask us for our fees.

Letting land

If you are looking for additional land or buildings, or have land or buildings to let do contact us as we may be able to help put a landlord and tenant or grazier together. We can help set up the agreements, either Farm Business Tenancy or as a licence. We are also involved in a number of share and contracting arrangements and can help you get the right agreement, right from the start.
