• We can help you submit an agricultural buildings notification application to the Local Planning Authority.

We have extensive experience in completing and submitting full planning applications for agricultural and rural occupational workers dwellings. We can also work with your existing planning adviser to provide an agricultural appraisal or business plan to support the application.

Diversification and other projects

We can advise on local planning policy and help you plan ahead for likely planning issues ahead of submitting an application. We have worked with a number of farmers and rural businesses to prepare and submit planning applications for a change of use. There are a number of issues that should be considered prior to applying, and we can help talk through these with you before approaching the Local Authority.

Certificates of Lawful Existing Use (CLEUD), and occupancy restrictions on dwellings

We have experience in working with various Local Authorities in establishing the history, background and preparing evidence to support an application for a Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or an application to remove an occupancy restriction.
