This is a comprehensive managed service and includes:

• A bespoke file for your farm with all the records nearly recorded in an easy to access and understand way, and we maintain this on your behalf all year round.
• This includes all your records such as Soil Protection Review, NVZ Calculations and reporting
• A complete audit of all the GAEC's and SMR's , including recommendations
• At least one comprehensive visit each year to make sure you know what needs to be done on the farm, as well as regular mini updates throughout the year
• A bespoke wallchart list or reference sheet including all the dates and deadlines applicable to your farm for easy reference
• Ensure your records match your Stewardship Schemes, and raise any conflicts or issues relating to those schemes
• All relevant farm mapping
• Any slurry calculations and slurry storage calculations you require
• If you keep livestock we can help get your records up to date, and help get you into a good record keeping system although daily record keeping (E.g. animal movements and ID) is down to you

What are the penalties of a Cross Compliance breach? How much could this service save me?

Different breaches attract different penalties according to severity and the breach.  Most breaches attract a 3 -5% penalty for accidental breaches (£1,500 on an average £30,000 SFP claim) up to 15%. 'Intentional' breaches can attract in excess of 15% penalty (£4,500 on an average £30,000 SFP claim). Our services will help get all your paperwork and record keeping compliant, as well as guiding you through the practical on farm issues you might incur. One of the biggest failure points is animal welfare and animal ID and we can help get your systems better organised, although you will need to keep these records yourself on a daily / weekly basis, although we can also provide Farm Secretaries to help you (a basic rate of £20 / hour which includes professional back up).
