Householder

We have all dreamed of extending or improving our own property at some point, and even the possibility of building in the garden or replacing the existing property with something new. Here at Moule & Co, we have extensive experience in all forms of householder planning matters, and are happy to advise on the feasibility and likelihood of success of any planning proposal. We would be happy to advise and lead on projects including:

  • Extensions
  • Conversions
  • Outbuildings
  • Changes of use
  • Annexes
  • New-builds in garden
  • Replacement dwellings

Furthermore, many extensions and alterations to properties, and new-build outbuildings, would not necessarily require planning permission. We would be happy to advise on the vast array of ‘permitted development rights’ that are available.

We have extensive experience in dealing with listed buildings and conservation areas, and have closely worked with specialist architects and historic advisers in the past on certain projects.

Furthermore, we have had great success in taking over householder applications at a point of where they have been refused by the council, and gaining planning permission through the appeal process.

If you would like further advice, or have a project in mind, then please feel free to contact us for assistance.
